Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Valid Driver License
- Transportation to get to and from sister properties (within 2 miles of each other)
- 3 years in general maintenance field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing (no required)
- Light electrical and plumbing experience
- Efficient and timely task completion
