What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- You'll be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist homeowners and fabricators in selecting the perfect stone products by sharing your product knowledge.
- Create accurate and efficient online orders using the client system.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure all outgoing shipments are complete and documented.
- Keep the office area organized and well-stocked.
- Perform additional office duties as needed.
Skills and Experience
- Possess a minimum of two years of experience in customer service
- Be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and have technology experience
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a fast learner and adapt quickly
- Have the stamina to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others
- Be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Have previous experience with natural stone slabs (preferred) we offer comprehensive on-the-job training covering both natural stone and man-made products.
