Bilingual Scheduler- Home Health Office

Overview

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Bilingual Office Assistant to support a busy home health office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is fluent in both English and Spanish

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Confirm and reschedule patient appointments (50+ calls/day)
  • Maintain accurate call logs and scheduling records
  • Send email notifications to staff regarding appointment changes
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized patient files
  • Support office operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish

Skills and Experience

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
  • 1–2 years of office or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Computer Systems
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Experience in healthcare or staffing is a plus
