Overview
Job Summary
We are currently hiring Assembly Team Members to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble components and sub-components by hand or using automated tools and machinery. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to Standard Operating Sheets (SOS).
- Operate basic tools and machinery (air tools, cutters, knives, etc.).
- Inspect products for quality through visual checks, data collection, and first article inspections.
- Move and package parts into shipping containers, racks, or conveyors.
- Complete daily production and quality reports.
- Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to meet production goals.
Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, grip, push, and pull for extended periods.
- Regularly lift up to 20–25 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
Physical & Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion.
- Exposure to moderate noise, moving machinery, and forklift traffic.
- Safety equipment such as gloves and eye protection required.
