Overview

 We are looking for a reliable and flexible Customer Service Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves supporting customers through various channels, managing orders and shipments using the ERP Radius system, and working closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate has ERP Radius experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a customer-focused, problem-solving approach. 

Skills and Experience

Order management – entering, tracking, and processing customer orders 
Inventory control – monitoring stock levels and materials 
Production planning – scheduling manufacturing jobs and workflows 
Customer data – storing account details, history, and communication 
Shipping & logistics – coordinating deliveries and tracking shipments 
Accounting integration – linking orders to billing and financials
