We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable individual to serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors at our apartment community. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with resident inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general inquiries.
- Assist with leasing inquiries, applications, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with property management staff.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for logging requests, emails, and resident data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
- Familiarity with leasing software or property management systems.
