SHIFT AND PAY
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. | $20 per hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m. | $21 per hour
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and assemble high-quality mattress and box-spring components.
- Operate pneumatic tools, including staple guns and other air-powered equipment.
- Stack, position, and place foam materials during production.
- Work with a team to assemble box-spring units.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with loading and unloading in shipping and receiving.
- Learn different jobs and responsibilities throughout the plant.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Dependable employees with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Experience using pneumatic, hand, or power tools preferred
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, warehouse, upholstery, or production experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and work in different areas of the plant
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to remain on your feet and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 120 pounds with a team lift
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Interest in a long-term position with growth potential
REQUIREMENTS
- Steel-toe boots or shoes are required.
- Candidates must be able to work the full scheduled shift.
- Consistent attendance is essential.
- Candidates must be able to perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
