Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Oracle Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage Oracle database technologies to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires expertise in Oracle tools and a relevant Oracle certification.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle tools such as Oracle BI (OBIEE/OAC)
- Design and optimize queries, stored procedures, and database structures
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements
- Translate business needs into technical data solutions
- Monitor database performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Oracle certification, such as:
- Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate
- Oracle Database PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional
- Oracle Business Intelligence Certification (OBIEE/OAC)
- 2–4+ years of experience working with Oracle databases
- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with Oracle data visualization/reporting tools
- Understanding of relational database design and data warehousing concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI) services
- Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator)
- Familiarity with data modeling and performance tuning
- Exposure to scripting languages (Python or Shell)
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
