Overview
ONIN Staffing is seeking dependable and energetic Catering Services Workers to support event operations. In this role, you will help create exceptional guest experiences by setting up, serving, and breaking down catering events in environments such as schools, hospitals, and corporate venues.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and buffet stations according to event specifications
- Food & Beverage Service: Transport and serve food, beverages, and supplies to designated event locations
- Logistics & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of service areas, assist with post-event cleanup, and return equipment to storage
- Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly service, responding promptly to guest and client needs
- Safety Compliance: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
Skills and Experience
Prior experience in catering, food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
Experience working events such as banquets, conferences, or large gatherings is a plus
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices is beneficial
