Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
Welding Skills
- TIG, MIG, Stick, or Flux-core welding techniques
- Aluminum and stainless steel welding (especially for TIG)
- Fabrication and fitting experience
- Ability to set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment
- Knowledge of weld symbols and blueprint reading
- Grinding, cutting, and finishing skills
Technical & Physical Skills
- Measuring and inspecting welds for quality assurance
- Operating hand tools, torches, and power tools
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and working in various environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair weld defects
Soft Skills (Company-Fit)
