Product Handling:
● Organize stock and merchandise by properly unloading in the designated area.
● Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing invoices to orders and ensuring goods
are in excellent condition.
● Properly strap products (slabs and bundles) to trucks according to company standards to ensure safe
arrival.
Inventory Management:
● Maintain accurate records of products moved and stored in new A-frame locations.
● Provide management with precise A-frame locations of all shipped and received products by assisting with
product scanning.
● Monitor and report any missing, lost, or damaged inventory to management.
Warehouse Operations:
● Assist in moving products for management, customer specialists, and customers as needed.
● Organize and sort items on A-frames according to company standards.
● Retrieve items from the warehouse for loading and shipment using proper forklift techniques to ensure
safe movement of slabs and bundles.
● Keep the warehouse clean and organized, contributing to a safe working environment.
Safety Compliance:
● Wear all required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety vests, and hard hats at all times.
● Assist in maintaining a safe warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any
hazards.
● Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure they are in safe working condition.
● Participate in safety training sessions and drills to stay updated on best practices and emergency
procedures.
● Organize Stock

Skills and Experience
Knowledge:
● Warehouse Operations: Understanding of warehouse procedures, including inventory management and
safety protocols.
● Customer Service Best Practices: Knowledge of principles and practices that contribute to a positive
customer experience.
Skills:
● Physical Endurance: Ability to maintain high levels of physical activity for extended periods, primarily
standing, ensuring sustained productivity throughout the shift.
● Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work effectively as a team member, fostering a collaborative and
productive work environment.
● Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively,
maintaining an orderly and efficient warehouse environment.
● Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to accurately relay information to
managers and supervisors about warehouse inventory and operations.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, prioritize tasks according to their
importance, and implement effective solutions.
Abilities:
● Customer Service: High level of customer service mentality to ensure positive interactions with
customers and enhance their overall experience.
● Task Management: Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
