Overview
We are seeking a professional and dependable Office Assistant to support a busy apartment complex office on a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Lake Charles, LA
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: April 20th – April 29th | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Manage and respond to lead emails promptly
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Assist with daily office operations as needed
Skills and Experience
- Previous front desk, administrative, leasing, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently after initial training
- Reliable with excellent attendance
