Responsibilities:
* Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance on campus buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems
* Conduct complex repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
* Respond to campus emergencies, both during and off shift, to ensure prompt resolution and maintain a safe environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and workload to achieve common goals
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in building maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Physical stamina to perform manual labor, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces
