Position Overview
We are looking for more than just a pair of hands—we hire Teammates, not temps. We are currently seeking an experienced Fence Installation Foreman to lead our installation crews. This role is for a dedicated professional who can manage residential and commercial projects from blueprints to final walkthrough, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Crew Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a crew of installation professionals to complete projects efficiently, on time, and up to company quality standards.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure all team members adhere to site safety protocols.
Full-Scale Installation & Technical Execution
- Oversee and actively assist in the complete installation of diverse fencing types, including wood, metal, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental iron.
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine precise layout, foundation requirements, and material needs.
- Apply deep knowledge of foundations, material types, and wood grades to ensure structural integrity and longevity of the installed fences.

Full-Scale Installation: Oversee and assist in the installation of wood, metal, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental iron fencing.
Technical Execution: Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure precise layout and foundation work.
Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of foundations, material types, and wood grades to ensure structural integrity.
Operations & Logistics: Manage all elements of the job site, including loading and unloading supplies. Must be willing to learn new techniques and adapt to different project scopes.
Site Resilience: Must be able to handle all elements outside and lead the crew efficiently regardless of the weather.
Project Management: Can adapt to short-term or long-term projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Site Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while braving the elements.
To be considered for this leadership role, you must meet the following:
Foreman Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience specifically working with wood, metals, schematics, and blueprints.
Trade Knowledge: Proven understanding of various wood types, construction supplies, and foundation requirements.
Environmental Resilience: Must be able and willing to work outdoors and undergo all weather elements (heat, cold, rain, or snow).
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive physical tasks daily; includes loading and unloading supplies.
Professionalism: Strong work ethic and a "Teammate" mindset.
