Overview

Join our fast-paced automotive manufacturing team! We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to manage the flow of parts and materials. You will ensure the right components reach the assembly line at the right time to keep production running smoothly. Move & Supply: Pick and transport car parts across the floor (requires extensive walking). Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records and follow production orders. Organize: Assist with loading, staging, and organizing materials. Safety & Growth: Follow all safety protocols and participate in cross-training for career advancement and overtime opportunities.

Skills and Experience

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Move materials, parts, and components throughout the plant using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.

    • Deliver parts to the production line to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.

    • Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets.

    • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against shipping documents.

    • Store materials in designated warehouse or staging areas.

    • Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning systems or inventory software.

    • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

    • Inspect materials and report damaged or missing items.

    • Keep work areas clean and organized following 5S and lean manufacturing practices.

    • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED.

    • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics preferred.

    • Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to become certified.

    • Basic computer or scanner experience for inventory tracking.

    • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
