Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Delivery Driver Helper to assist with daily furniture deliveries. In this role, you will ride along with a driver to various locations, helping load, unload, and place furniture in customer homes or businesses. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service while handling items with care.

What You'll Do as a Driver Helper:
- Ride along with the delivery driver to complete scheduled routes
- Load and unload furniture from the truck safely and efficiently
- Lift, carry, and move heavy items into customer homes or businesses
- Assist with placement and basic setup of furniture as needed
- Protect merchandise and customer property during deliveries
- Communicate clearly with the driver and customers on-site
- Follow all safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques
- Help keep the delivery truck clean and organized
- Support timely and accurate deliveries throughout the day
Skills and Experience

- Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture (50+ lbs regularly)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist others
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Punctual and dependable with consistent attendance
- Previous moving, delivery, or warehouse experience is a plus (but not required)
