About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Onsite Manager to lead staffing operations at one of our top client sites. You’ll be the key connection between our client, branch team, and onsite workforce—ensuring performance, engagement, and safety while developing top-tier talent.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for our client and teammates, building strong relationships and proactively resolving staffing needs and concerns
- Oversee daily attendance, shift check-ins, and scheduling to support client production goals
- Track time punches, maintain accurate records, and complete end-of-shift reporting
- Coach and develop teammates through onboarding, training, and performance feedback to drive engagement and retention
- Partner with supervisors and the branch team to support teammate performance and overall workforce success
- Support recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative methods
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing and future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with client policies, safety standards, and workplace regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits and assist with incident investigations as needed
- Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining records, producing badges, and generating reports
- Promote a positive, productive work environment through hands-on leadership and problem-solving
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as an Ideal Candidate:
- 1–2 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or staffing role.
- Familiarity with light industrial environments (manufacturing, logistics, or similar).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Organized, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and staffing best practices.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
