Overview
The Repack Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by stacking, wrapping, grading, weighing, and packing products according to company and customer requirements. This role plays an important part in maintaining product quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the repacking process to ensure items are properly prepared for storage, shipment, or distribution.

Skills and Experience
- Experience with stacking, palletizing, wrapping, grading, weighing, and packing products in a warehouse or production environment preferred
- Ability to follow product quality standards and grading requirements
- Experience working in fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or produce environments is a plus
- Ability to accurately weigh and sort products according to specifications
- Familiarity with labeling procedures and packaging guidelines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and product quality
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety policies and workplace procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals
- Previous experience working with shrink wrap, pallet jacks, or basic warehouse equipment preferred (but not always required)
