Overview
Food Preparation & Service: Prepare food and baked goods according to menu guidelines, including proper portioning and presentation.
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a friendly and positive dining experience.
Sanitation & Safety: Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment.
Operations Support: Assist with daily inventory, stocking, and following management instructions for menu preparation.
General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and storage spaces.
Equipment Use: Safely operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and steam tables.
Skills and Experience
Previous server or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
