Overview
What You'll Do as an Industrial Maintenance Technician:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain essential machinery that keeps production moving—including conveyor systems, hydraulic and pneumatic tools, and electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Log maintenance activity in the CMMS system
- Support installations and upgrades of new equipment
- Prioritize safety every step of the way
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 2–5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with conveyor belts, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Comfort reading schematics and using diagnostic tools
- A proactive attitude, physical stamina, and commitment to safety
