In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with appliance questions and purchases, supporting sales, processing inventory, and helping move, clean, and organize appliances and warehouse materials. This position requires someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English, self-sufficient, team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working weekends.

What you'll do as a Bilingual Warehouse/Sales Associate
- Provide outstanding customer service in an appliance storefront setting
- Assist customers with appliance questions, product options, and sales needs
- Help create a positive shopping experience for every customer
- Handle customer complaints professionally and respectfully
- Process and prepare appliance inventory
- Assist with moving, cleaning, staging, and organizing appliances
- Use computer systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook as needed
- Operate a sit-down forklift as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized showroom and warehouse area
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
Skills and Experience
- Bilingual Communication: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Retail Sales: Previous retail sales or customer service experience is required
- Customer Service: Must be able to interact with customers in person and provide professional service.
- Sales Ability: Must be comfortable selling products and assisting with customer needs.
- Appliance Knowledge: Previous appliance, furniture, retail, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Computer Literacy: Must be comfortable using basic computer systems.
- Excel, Word, and Outlook: Experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook is required
- Sit-Down Forklift: Sit-down forklift experience required
- Inventory Support: Must be able to assist with processing, moving, organizing, staging, and cleaning appliance inventory.
- Self-Sufficient: Must be able to stay on task, follow instructions, and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
- Team Oriented: Must be willing to work with others and support overall team and business goals.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Must maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time each scheduled shift.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends as required.
