Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join a growing production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, assembling small components, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you!
- $15.00 – $16.50 per hour (based on experience)
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm
- Enjoy your afternoons and weekends off!
What You’ll Do
- Assemble small components, sub-assemblies, and finished products
- Perform precise soldering and wire assembly tasks
- Use small hand tools and power tools
- Read and follow work instructions and production orders
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Enter production data into computer systems
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Assist other departments as needed
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Soldering experience is a HUGE plus
- Experience with small component assembly preferred
- Ability to work with small parts and detailed tasks
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and team-oriented
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands for small parts assembly
- Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working around production equipment
