Overview
Manufacturing Associates work with prefabricated and kitted components to help build finished products such as cabinets, stools, and kitchen islands. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using tools, and able to follow technical instructions in a fast-paced production environment.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, or manufacturing preferred.
* Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
* Ability to read and interpret basic drawings or work instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a production team.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Physical ability to stand, move, and lift materials throughout the shift.
