The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and follow strict food safety protocols.
Skills and Experience
Knowledge of fresh produce quality standards and grading is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Ability to work in refrigerated/cold storage environments.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Prior experience in produce handling or quality control preferred.
