We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining apartment properties and ensuring a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general apartment maintenance and manage work orders
- Conduct appliance repairs and minor HVAC work
- Complete painting projects as needed
- Maintain general grounds and common areas (mowing not required)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure resident satisfaction
Skills and Experience
Prior experience in building maintenance or a related field is preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable and professional demeanor
