Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel / Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator / Erector to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel and miscellaneous metal components for construction projects. This hands-on position requires welding, blueprint reading, and working with various fabrication tools.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate structural steel and miscellaneous metal components
- Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication details
- Fit and weld steel components (MIG and Stick)
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, ironworkers, and drill presses
- Assist with installation and erection of components on construction sites
- Maintain quality and follow safety procedures
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Experience in structural steel or miscellaneous metals fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Welding experience (MIG & Stick)
- Proficient with common fabrication equipment and tools
- Able to work in shop and field environments
