Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team at a Client Partner, who is a global producer of nonwoven fabrics for a variety of industries, including automotive and packaging The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of warehouse operations that ensure the smooth and efficient flow of products. You'll play a crucial role in preparing, receiving, and managing our stock with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities 📦
- Order Fulfillment & Staging: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup by pulling, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping products according to schedule.
- Receiving and Processing: Receive and process incoming warehouse stock products, including unloading, verifying, and storing items in their designated locations.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory controls, count stock, and maintain high-quality standards for audits. Identify and report any discrepancies, damage, or faults to a supervisor.
- Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Comply with all company procedures, rules, and safety regulations.
Collaboration: Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to achieve daily production goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
Skills and Experience
- Proven work experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory checks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required
