Description
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This role ensures that HR strategies align with business goals, supports a positive workplace culture, and manages employee-related policies, practices and programs. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on matter such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
Skills and Experience
Experience
Proven experience (5+ years) in human resources management or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR practice, labor laws, and employment regulations. Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees and leadership. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle confidentiality and ethical judgement. Strong problem-solving, organizational and decision making abilities
