Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding on aluminum, steel, and other alloys
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up and adjust welding equipment (voltage, wire speed, gas flow)
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Prepare metal surfaces by cutting, cleaning, and grinding
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications:
• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Welding certification (AWS or similar) preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
Work Environment:
Manufacturing / production setting requiring consistent quality, safety, and productivity.
