What You’ll Do as a Food Production Worker:
- Support daily food production operations by following established processes and guidelines
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times
- Load, move, and position materials or products throughout the production line
- Operate basic equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or inconsistencies
- Assist with moving carts, racks, or equipment across the facility
- Follow all safety, food handling, and company policies consistently
- Work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Ability to stand and stay active for extended shifts (8–16 hours)
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate a production facility
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings (safety-first mindset)
- Basic communication skills to follow instructions and work schedules
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
