As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in upholding high standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, well-stocked, and inviting. Your attention to detail and discretion will contribute directly to the refined atmosphere our guests expect.
Responsibilities
- Clean, organize, and service guest rooms to the highest luxury standards
- Replenish amenities and linens in guest rooms
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and ready by designated times
- Report any maintenance issues or lost items to the appropriate departments
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a courteous, respectful demeanor at all times
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with hotel policy
Skills and Experience
- Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience in a luxury or boutique hotel preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
