Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team in Mason, OH. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts
- Read and interpret CNC blueprints and technical drawings, including tolerances to .000
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify part accuracy
- Complete required documentation including quality forms and inspection reports
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting when necessary
- Use shop equipment and hand tools such as air guns, wrenches, and drill presses
- Monitor machine performance throughout the shift to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures, ISO standards, and quality control guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to address production needs and resolve issues
Skills and Experience
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of experience operating CNC machines or similar precision machining equipment
- Ability to read CNC prints and understand tolerances to .000
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Familiarity with machine controls including start, stop, and emergency stop (E-stop)
- Basic troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
