Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily operations. This role will begin in a CSR capacity assisting with customer communication, data entry, and warehouse management system updates, with the opportunity to transition into a Production Assistant role supporting Marco and the production team.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer-facing support and respond to service inquiries
- Enter and manage data accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Maintain reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure order accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Assist with production-related administrative tasks once transitioned into the Production Assistant role
- Ensure timely communication between internal departments and customers
- Maintain organized documentation and records
Requirements:
- Recent experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) required
- Experience with Sage, CrateMaker, or Ops Center is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and computer proficiency required
- Strong data entry and reporting capabilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent work history
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
