Overview
Do you enjoy working in an environment that allows you to get a workout in? Onin is hiring for Pallet Assemblers in Hugo, MN. In this role, you will replace damaged pallets using nail guns and saws. The role involves replacing broken boards, reinforcing pallet structures, and ensuring repaired pallets meet quality standards. This is a fast-paced position that will allow you to decide your income!
Monday-Friday 5:50am-2:30pm
** This position is at a Piece Rate Pay Scale **
- Inspect incoming pallets for damage or defects
- Remove broken boards and replace with new materials
- Use nail guns, band saws, and hand tools to repair pallets
- Meet daily production quotas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Skills and Experience
- Experience with nail gun is required**
- Demolition, pallet repair or construction experience preferred
- Lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stand and work throughout the entire shift
Piece-Rate Production (based on # of pallets repaired)
- 1-30 days: $18+
- 30-60 days: $22-25
- 60-90 days: $25-30+
