Bilingual Translator – 2nd Shift (Spanish/English)

💲 Pay: $19.00 – $21.50 per hour + Overtime
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Translator (Spanish/English) to support operations at a supplier in Athens, AL. This position will assist with communication between Spanish-speaking and English-speaking teammates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Translate verbal communication between Spanish-speaking and English-speaking team members.
- Assist with written translation of workplace instructions, safety information, and basic documentation.
- Support supervisors and teammates to ensure clear communication on the production floor.
- Help maintain a safe and productive work environment by ensuring instructions and expectations are clearly understood.
- Work closely with production leadership and team members on daily operations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Manufacturing or automotive environment experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced production setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable and professional with a positive attitude.
