Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer and manage all HR activities, including recruitment, pre-employment screening,
onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee terminations for
warehouse, sales, and driver staff.
Oversee employee benefits programs, including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, FMLA,
short- and long-term disability, and workers’ compensation claims.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in compliance with federal,
state, and company requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to all DOT regulations, including driver qualification files, medical
certifications, MVRs, licenses, Clearinghouse, and SAP tracking for all locations.
Develop, distribute, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance
documentation.
Partner with management to support employee relations, address workplace concerns, and drive
consistent communication between leadership and staff.
Collaborate with operations and safety departments to ensure compliance with OSHA standards
and company safety initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management regarding employee performance, compensation, and
organizational structure.
Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct in all HR responsibilities.
