What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, or other materials to exact specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking/construction machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain high quality standards on all builds and installations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or general construction (or the ability to be trained)
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings or plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license preferred
