Overview
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software applications while performing/assisting the repair process. Responsible for ensuring product quality through repairing and testing of product to ensure specifications are met. Document issues and report potential quality related problems to Quality Management.
Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year technical repair experience in a related field.
- Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year experience in debugging and testing of electro mechanical assemblies preferred.
- A Plus Certification preferred.
