What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Quality & Food Safety Technician:
- Ensure food safety legal compliance, including Sanitary Transport and product quality conformance through rigorous inspections.
- Partner closely with Warehouse, Production, and Sanitation teams to maintain high safety standards and awareness.
- Manage all required written and electronic records and cross-train to support Production Quality roles as needed.
- Guarantee that all shipments meet consumer expectations for quality and safety.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing and distribution environments
- Possesses a solid foundation in HACCP/HARPC, GMPs, and food safety regulations, including FDA Sanitary Transport and USDA Organic standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and SharePoint;
- Capable of maintaining detailed digital and written documentation.
- PCQI-ready with a strong focus on quality prerequisite programs and independent risk assessment.
- Fluent in English (bilingual Spanish preferred) with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Reliable and physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs for sampling and inspections.
