Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to join our client’s growing team. This role is ideal for a data-savvy e-commerce professional who thrives on optimizing product listings, driving marketplace growth, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple online platforms.
- Monday to Friday.
- 1st shift: 8am to 4pm.
- Temp to perm.
- Pay rate: $25.00-28.00/hr DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage product listings across multiple online marketplaces.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, enhanced content, attributes, and variations.
- Ensure compliance with platform content standards and taxonomy requirements.
- Upload and manage B2B product catalogs, including SKU setup, pricing structures, and wholesale-specific content.
- Optimize listings for marketplace search (keywords, backend attributes, categorization).
- Improve conversion rates through enhanced content and merchandising best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify positioning and content opportunities.
- Monitor key KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, sales, Buy Box performance, and listing health.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Report on marketplace trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
- Maintain consistency of product data, pricing, branding, and messaging across all sales channels.
- Partner with marketing, operations, supply chain, and creative teams on launches and updates.
- Coordinate new product onboarding, seasonal updates, and catalog expansions.
- Resolve listing errors, suppressed SKUs, and compliance issues.
- Support inventory visibility and fulfillment alignment (FBA, WFS, dropship, etc.).
- Assist with promotions, deals, and marketplace merchandising programs.
Skills and Experience
- Experience managing e-commerce or marketplace product listings.
- Hands-on experience with one or more major marketplaces (Home Depot and Lowe’s strongly preferred).
- Experience with SPS Commerce strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of product data management, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Experience using analytics tools and marketplace dashboards.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in capturing, cleaning, and visualizing data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large product catalogs or complex assortments.
- Familiarity with PIM systems, feed management tools, or listing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Understanding of EDI compliance and onboarding.
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, DTC, or B2C environments.
- Background in digital marketing or graphic design.
