We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Linen Distribution Associate to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering, distributing, and managing linen inventory within healthcare facilities—helping to maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized environment for patients and staff.
Work Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute clean linens and collect soiled linens from designated facility areas
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure carts are fully stocked and rotated
- Follow infection control and sanitation protocols at all times
- Communicate with hospital staff and laundry teams for smooth deliveries and pick-ups
- Safely operate carts, trolleys, and other transport equipment
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and linen usage
- Adhere to safety, quality control, and facility guidelines
Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in linen/laundry services or healthcare settings is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
