Overview
Onin Staffing is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior warehouse leadership experience or a strong warehouse background ready to step into a management role.
This position focuses on team coordination, inventory accuracy, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support warehouse staff in daily operations
- Coordinate receiving, storing, pulling, and shipping of inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse organization and space utilization
- Oversee equipment maintenance and safe operations
- Monitor productivity and address workflow issues
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Prior warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred (but not required)
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, reports)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
