We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Representative to join a growing team in South Austin. This role supports sales, marketing, and purchasing functions while delivering exceptional service to customers and vendors. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Greet and assist walk-in customers by answering product questions and processing sales orders.
- Process payments for completed orders, including credit card, cash, checks, and purchase orders.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and order processing.
- Make outbound calls to secure new business and follow up on open quotes.
- Respond to customer emails by providing quotes or processing orders.
- Send follow-up emails to help close previous quotes.
Marketing
- Support customer growth by helping identify and implement marketing strategies.
- Reconnect with past customers through proactive communication.
- Create and post engaging content on company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Purchasing & Inventory
- Assist with scheduled physical inventory counts.
- Research and source custom or specialty products as needed.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing and availability.
- Prepare, send, and confirm purchase orders for stock materials and special buy-out items.
Skills and Experience

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable performing outbound sales and follow-up calls.
- Experience with data entry and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Professional appearance and communication with customers and vendors.
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Team-oriented while maintaining personal productivity and motivation.
