What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator/General Warehouse Associate:
- You'll work both on and off of a forklift performing general warehouse duties
- Perform carton picking (frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, twisting, pushing, and pulling)
- Shrink-wrap pallets for shipment
- Move palletized materials using material handling equipment (MHE)
- Operate manual or electric pallet jacks
- Operate forklift, including forklift with carpet pole attachment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Experience operating pallet jack and forklift (carpet pole experience a plu
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive movement and physical work
- Good reading, writing, and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
