Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Linen Distribution Associate to support hospital operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring clean linen is delivered efficiently and accurately throughout the facility to support patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute clean linen to designated departments throughout the hospital
- Collect and transport soiled linen according to safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock linen carts and supply areas
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff to meet linen needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous hospital or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
