What You'll Do: Repair Technician
- Performing SMT and BGA rework
- Reading and interpreting complex schematics
- Analyzing root cause failure analysis
- Maintaining ESD compliance
- Tracking repair logs and failure modes
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Board-level repair experience with enterprise hardware
- Experience with high-value components and assemblies
- Background in low-yield repair environments
- Debugging and repairing SMT components
- Working with complex server boards
