Job Details
- Location: Litchfield Park, AZ
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
- Position Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
- Language Preference: Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Do
- Assemble custom wooden crates for shipment
- Use hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting
- Read blueprints or basic diagrams to build crates to spec
- Work safely and efficiently in a team environment
Ideal Candidate Has
- At least 3 months of experience in crate manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or landscaping
- Basic knowledge of blueprints and industrial tools
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
