Ōnin Staffing is hiring experienced Welders for both 1st and 2nd shift at a well-established structural steel manufacturing facility in El Mirage, AZ. If you have a strong background in structural welding and fabrication, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work and grow with a company that values your expertise.
- Location: El Mirage, AZ
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM (includes shift differential pay)
- Pay: $20-23 based on experience
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MIG welding (GMAW) on structural steel components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
- Use fabrication techniques to meet production standards and project specs.
- Inspect welds and materials to ensure adherence to quality control requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Work Experience
Qualifications
- Prior experience in structural steel fabrication.
- Proficient in GMAW (MIG) welding.
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and tools.
- Strong background in quality control and inspection procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must pass a weld test.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
