Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. • Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions in a timely manner. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Repair and replace motors, drives, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, and control components. • Maintain and update maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve operational issues. • Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. • Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems (including 480V), PLC troubleshooting preferred. • Experience with welding, fabrication, and basic machining a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment including exposure to noise, heat, and moving mechanical parts.
