Overview
- Competitive Pay: $20.00–$21.50 per hour
- 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Overtime every other Saturday)
- Training Provided: Will train on the 1st Shift for the first week to ensure you have a solid foundation before transitioning to the Night Shift schedule.

What You'll Do as a Production Line Operator:
- Load, unload, and align materials on the production line
- Follow standardized work instructions with precision
- Inspect parts for quality and conformity to specs
- Assist with equipment and product changeovers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Accurately complete forms and documentation
- Monitor equipment and report unusual conditions promptly
Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to read instructions and complete simple paperwork in English
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to stand, lift, bend, and move for the duration of your shift
- A team-player mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally and 10 lbs. regularly
